All services must be scheduled in advance. Upon agreement, a detailed contract outlining the scope of work, timelines, and costs will be provided. Changes to the service agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
2.1 Scheduling
Services are scheduled based on availability. We strive to accommodate clients’ preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee specific time slots.
2.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations without sufficient notice may incur a fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Warranty and Guarantees
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
5.1 Plant Health Guarantee
We guarantee the health of plants installed by us for a period of 30 days. Any issues within this period will be addressed at no additional cost.
5.2 Service Quality
All services are performed to standard industry practices. Any deficiencies in service quality will be rectified upon notification.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the work area is safe for our staff. Any specific instructions or requests should be communicated clearly before service commencement.

Clients must ensure that our team has access to the necessary areas for service delivery. In cases where access is restricted, additional fees may apply.
